Im doing this because i was once in a position where i didn't know where or how to start my fitness journey. I'm qualified to do this because in the past I've tried everything to reach my fitness goals and i know how it feels to put trust in someone to help you get to a destination and not getting to that destination that's why i feel a personal commitment to help clients. My goal is to help clients reach their health goals in a Fun way by doing it with innovative workouts and motivation.
